How long does it take to get my products?
We ship all orders directly from Shanghai, China. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after your purchase is confirmed and payment has been successfully verified.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs procedures, or possible delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Madeira, the Azores, Iceland, Malta, Cyprus, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Svalbard, and other remote island or northern regions qualify for free shipping on orders over €250.

Sizing & Fit
Would it fit my dog?
We offer a variety of fits designed for different dog breeds. Most of our clothing is suitable for dogs weighing between 2kg and 40kg. Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page for detailed measurements and sizing guidance.

Returns Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to hygiene and safety considerations for pets, we follow a strict policy to avoid cross-contamination between animals.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for unused items with verified quality issues, including:
Damaged packaging upon arrival; Manufacturing defects; Missing parts or accessories
Items that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances
Return Period
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be shipped back to our shipping location in Shanghai using a trackable shipping service.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact our customer support team at info@lebelamihome.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
