Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to hygiene and safety considerations for pets, we follow a strict policy to avoid cross-contamination between animals.

If you didn't use the product and the original package is complete you can return it within 7 days the order been delivered. You need to pay a 25% re-stocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
