Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for unused items with verified quality issues, including:

Damaged packaging upon arrival; Manufacturing defects; Missing parts or accessories

Items that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances

Return Period

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be shipped back to our shipping location in Shanghai using a trackable shipping service.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer support team at info@lebelamihome.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
