Our Crystal & Pearl Collars are delicately crafted with individually set crystals and pearls. Like fine jewelry, they require a little extra care to preserve their brilliance and beauty.

DAILY CARE
Avoid pulling, scratching, or excessive friction against hard surfaces. This piece is designed as a decorative collar and should be handled with care, especially during active play.

KEEP IT DRY
Avoid prolonged contact with water, rain, seawater, swimming pools, and high humidity. We recommend removing the collar before swimming, bathing, or grooming your dog.

AVOID CHEMICALS
Keep away from perfume, alcohol, cleaning products, oils, sunscreen, and other chemicals, as these may affect the finish of the metal, crystals, and pearls.

CLEANING
After wear, gently wipe the collar with a clean, soft, dry cloth. For dust around the crystals and pearls, use a soft brush and clean carefully without pulling or pressing on the settings. Do not machine wash, soak, or use harsh cleaning products.

STORAGE
When not in use, store the collar flat in its original pouch or box in a cool, dry place. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it or storing it together with sharp accessories that may scratch the surface.

A LITTLE EXTRA CARE ♡
As each crystal and pearl is individually set, occasional loosening may occur over time due to friction, impact, or frequent wear. Please check the settings regularly and avoid continued use if any decorative element becomes loose.

Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to hygiene and safety considerations for pets, we follow a strict policy to avoid cross-contamination between animals.

If you didn't use the product and the original package is complete you can return it within 7 days the order been delivered. You need to pay a 25% re-stocking fee.

You can order two pieces as a matching Mum & Bel Ami set. Your little one’s piece will be shipped first, exactly as shown in the photos, while Mum’s matching piece will be a little surprise — individually made to order to complement the original design. It will be completed and shipped approximately 2–3 days later, so you will receive two separate parcels. The two pieces will not be identical, but they will be designed to beautifully match each other.
